Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to inspect your panels and ensure they meet your expectations for your home transformation project.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all protective materials intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
- Free from any damage, installation attempts, or modifications
⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of some of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-cut panels or products made to your specific measurements
- Opened flooring materials that have been removed from their original packaging
- External panels that show signs of weather exposure or installation attempts
- Any products with removed protective film or surface coverings
We recommend carefully reviewing measurements and product specifications before ordering, especially for your DIY projects.
Return & Exchange Process

Shipping Costs for Returns
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Refund Information
